Terms and Conditions

Welcome on board as an Investor Insights client! By signing up with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. I/We understand that by agreeing to the terms and conditions, there are no ongoing membership fees that are in addition to what was outlined in the initial pricing.
2. I/We understand that Investor Insights will serve its clients to their best possible interests regarding achieving an investment property portfolio.
3. I/We understand that Investor Insights will offer investment properties to purchase to me that are demonstrated to be effective for long-term investment, instead of short-term (1-3 years)
4. I/We understand that Investor Insights is not providing financial advice in relation to property purchasing activities, and hence suggest that it’s my responsibility to seek legal and/or other professional advice.
5. I/We understand having paid the Engagement Fee, I will receive access to exclusive content, products, and services. These benefits may change from time to time and be replaced with comparable options, and Investor Insights reserves the right to modify or discontinue any benefit at any time without notice.
6. I/We understand that by paying an Engagement Fee, I agree to pay the fee associated. Engagement Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise as stated.
7. I/We understand that if I choose to cancel my Engagement Fee, any refund that is requested must be made within a five-business-day “cooling off” period in writing to admin@investorinsights.com.au. Outside of this period all charges are non-refundable.
8. I/We understand that Investor Insights reserves the right to terminate the relationship at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms and conditions.
9. I/We agree that Investor Insights has the right to indemnify and hold itself harmless from any claims, damages, expenses, or other losses arising out of the misuse.
10. I/We understand that these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between I/We regarding my/our Engagement Fee. Any other agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, are superseded by these terms and conditions.
11. I/We agree that by signing up and becoming a client and submitting my payment information, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
